Please note: Member barcodes are only eligible for use once per venue or space - either Dining, Reserved Tables, or a Complimentary Members Enclosure Ticket. If securing tickets as a group, nominate one member to book on behalf of the group and have ready the barcode numbers of any membership or annual guest cards you intend to use.

Tickets will go on sale for VRC Members on Tuesday 14 July at 2pm, following the MVRC Members pre-sale on Tuesday 7 July.

The Cox Plate remains an MVRC race day, held at Flemington and therefore their members have priority access via a pre-sale.

Members will have access to book any dining spaces remaining available following the MVRC member pre-sale. The Dining spaces will include The Dining Room and The Atrium Tiered and Flat in the Members Enclosure. Additionally, members will be able to book Reserved Table subject to availability.

Members are also able to book into The Terrace and corporate spaces subject to availability.

As for all race days at Flemington, VRC Members can secure their tickets via Ticketmaster using their membership barcode located on their membership card.

To effectively manage the capacity of the Members Enclosure based on anticipated demand, we have implemented a registration process for VRC Members to mitigate capacity challenges on the race day and instead provide certainty on attendance.

As a MVRC race day, they need to accommodate their major sponsors and have therefore allocated Level 3 of the Club Stand for these important stakeholders.

No, as a MVRC race day, VRC Membership cards will not have scan access on Cox Plate Day. VRC Members must either book a dining space or register for a complimentary Members Enclosure ticket to guarantee their entry. The Ticketmaster issued ticket will provide entry into the course and Members Enclosure.

VRC Member Annual Guest cards will provide access per VRC Members, however no daily guest ticketing will be available.

Yes you can, as per VRC Member entiltements.

Yes, via a pre-booked ticket. There will be no access via your membership card as this is a MVRC race day.
