The Annual General Meeting of members of Victoria Racing Club Limited (VRC) will be held at Flemington Racecourse in The Committee Room, at 3pm on Tuesday 15 December 2026.

VRC Members will have the option to attend this year’s Annual General Meeting either in person or online. Further details, including information on online registrations, will be shared closer to the date.

Nominations of candidates for election to the Board of the VRC will open on Monday 19 October 2026. 

Nominations must be sent to the Company Secretary by 5pm on Thursday 5 November 2026.

PLEASE NOTE: Only full financial members for a continuous period of at least two years at the time of their nomination are eligible to nominate for election to the Board of the VRC. If you have not yet renewed for the 2026/27 racing season, you can do so by logging in to My VRC or by calling the Membership Services Team on 1300 727 575.
