Executive Chef of LK Hospitality - Omnia Bistro & Bar & Yūgen Dining. Nairn has curated a four-course culinary experience for each day of the Melbourne Cup Carnival at $295pp.

The ever so popular Pamper Lounge returns to The Chairman’s Club, offering complimentary hair and make-up services for all guests throughout the four days.

Each day delivers different live stations from Kaviari Caviar, Australian Oyster Coast & Clamms Seafood, and Yūgen Sushi bar. For Lexus Melbourne Cup Day, a Morning Tea buffet is provided.

Chairman’s Club Members are politely reminded that, during the Melbourne Cup Carnival, they will be allocated tables via an expression of interest process. Members are invited to preference each of the four race days with 1st preference being most preferred to 4th preference being least preferred. 

Please be sure to include detailed reasoning for your seating preference as required. 

Due to a limited number of seats within The Chairman’s Club, all additional ticketing requests will be allocated via an expression of interest process. This is to ensure all Chairman’s Club Members are given equal opportunity to receive tickets. 

Please provide the number of additional dining tickets above your Membership allocation. 
Please note the maximum additional tickets is 12.

Members will be notified of the outcome of their additional ticketing requests in the first week of October, and we will arrange payment for the ticketing which you are allocated.
