We’re inviting VRC members to take part in Mingle with Members, a new initiative designed to create meaningful conversations between members and VRC staff.
These interactive sessions provide an opportunity to share your experiences, feedback and ideas in a relaxed, small-group setting. By hearing directly from our members, we can better understand what matters most and continue to enhance the membership experience at Flemington.
Across three sessions over the next 12 months, participants will rotate through a series of short discussions with different VRC team members and fellow members, allowing for open conversation and a range of perspectives to be shared.
Our first session will be held on Monday 16 November, focusing on reflections and feedback from the 2026 Melbourne Cup Carnival. Whether you'd like to highlight what worked well, discuss opportunities for improvement or share your overall experience, we'd love to hear from you.
