Conditions and booking confirmation

All Private Facility bookings are subject to availability, the Private and Shared Facility Terms and Conditions and the Ticketing and Conditions of Entry for Flemington Racecourse Terms and Conditions, as amended from time to time (Terms and Conditions), plus any other terms and conditions notified to me, together with the terms of this booking form. The Terms and Conditions are available at flemington.com.au/terms-conditions.


The booking applied for in this booking form will be confirmed once VRC sends a booking confirmation to the party named in this booking form with regards to the selected package(s). Payment will be due in accordance with the invoice (if requested) provided with your booking confirmation and the Terms and Conditions. As stated in the Terms and Conditions, no cancellation or termination of a booking will be accepted by VRC after the VRC sends a booking confirmation to the party set out in this booking form. Tentative bookings will not be accepted. Cheques are to be made payable to the Victoria Racing Club Limited.

By submitting this booking form, whether in my own capacity or on behalf of the above stated company (where applicable), I confirm that I have read the Terms and Conditions and agree to be subject to and will abide by, and will notify and require all my guests and invitees to abide by them. Where I am signing on behalf of a company, I confirm that I am a duly authorised representative authorised to sign on behalf of the Company.

Victoria Racing Club (VRC) is collecting your personal information (PI) to facilitate your application and provide requested products and services to you. If you do not provide your PI, we will not be able to provide certain products or services to you.
