He was well backed there and proved far too good down in the weights, putting a good gap on the late closer Touchdown who is well fancied to win Race 6 later. Pozman should give him another good ride and he can win again. FEAR NO EVIL (11) was first up in that race won by Kahhof and stuck on quite well considering. Onto better ground here should only aid his cause and he'll give a huge sight from the inside gate. FLYING MIKKI (16) is racing well. He was close up behind Kahhof when they clashed two back and Shinn on doesn't hurt. DARKBONEE (4) resumes. He's a lightly raced 5yo who is yet to miss a place, going through the grades nicely last campaign. 1400m from a very wide gate here suggests he'll be ridden negatively but he's got plenty of ability. SURREAL I AM (10) is flying on the synthetic circuits and is a chance if he can convert that to turf.
