Tricky mare's race. MADIYYA (5) has to be forgiven for last start at Caulfield when covering ground and pulling up lame as a $3.40 chance. She was building nicely prior and finds a nice race but is starting to wear a bit thin. That said, she does look nicely placed back to Flemington blending in out wide. CHANGING COLOURS (3) ran a nice race first up for the new yard, getting back and working home well into fourth. Up to a mile should suit now and if she can land a touch closer she'll be hard to hold out. BARBIE'SDREAMWORLD (2) has been okay in two runs back, improving second up in the Leilani Final when fifth to Duchess Zou here last time. Up to her right trip now and looks well placed. SWEET JASMINE (1) is coming off a midweek win but did it well there and can prove hard to hold out. CAT NOIR (9) is consistent and a place chance again.

Third-up today and won third-up in the past. Resuming raced on the pace before fading 7th of 9 at Swan Hill Bm78 on June 5 over 1200m, slow going 4 len behind Ka Ying Cheer carrying 58kg at $4.80. Last start 5th of 10 at this track Leilani Final on July 4 over 1400m, on a slow track; 5 len behind Duchess Zou with 53kg at $8. Peaks now and is suited this class.
Second-up. First-up after four months 4th of 13 at this track F&M Bm90 on June 20 over 1420m, slow going 2 len behind Stylish with 52.5kg at $14. Previously second-up got back early 7th of 12 at Randwick F&M Bm78 on January 3 over 1400m, 2.5 len behind Miss Spacegirl carrying 56kg at $10. Lovely return and will take holding out.
Dual acceptor. Most recently 5th of 13 at Sandown-Lakeside Bm74 on July 1 over 1400m, on a wet track; 3.5 len behind Keane Enuff with 59.5kg at $7. The start before that set the pace for much of the race 3rd of 12 at Murray Bridge Bm76 on June 13 over 1400m, on a slow track; 1.3 len behind Enna's Dream carrying 58.5kg at $4.40. In the right race this time and is definitely worth including.

Possible improver.
